A Patron may redeem by mail a winning wagering ticket under $1,000 to the address provided below in accordance with the following:

Patron must submit the following items:
- The winning ticket with the words – MAIL PAY – and the patron’s signature written on both sides of the ticket.
- Patron’s name, address, and telephone number
- Unity Card number – if the patron does not have an account, they must provide proof of age, i.e. copy of identification.
- A self-addressed, stamped envelope (a $5 administrative fee will be charged if a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) is not included).
The ticket will be redeemed by the casino cage in accordance with winning ticket redemption procedures and casino check issuance procedures for cash operations.
